All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD), exclude GST, and are billed annually.

Instead of simply listing available rooms, Housing Match matches people to homes based on their individual needs, preferences, location, accessibility, support requirements and household compatibility — so the right home finds the right person.
Individual housing preferences
Location, property type, lifestyle and household preferences shape every recommendation.
Accessibility requirements
Wheelchair access, hoists, accessible bathrooms and SDA design categories are matched to the person.
Support requirements
Support needs, overnight support models and clinical considerations inform suitability.
Household compatibility
Compatibility with existing residents and housemates is assessed, not assumed.
Promotional visibility and subscription level never influence compatibility scores, recommendations or participant choice. Matching is based on compatibility alone.
Compatibility assessment, matching, shortlisting and match explanations are delivered today by Housing Match’s on-platform engine, without sending participant information to any external AI provider. Where AI-assisted analysis is used, it supports compatibility assessment and helps identify potentially suitable housing options. No assessment makes a placement decision: the decision always remains with the participant, their family and their support team.
