Housing Match is an independent housing matching and connection platform. We help people with disability, families and Support Coordinators discover and connect with suitable housing and housing providers. Housing Match does not itself provide SIL (Supported Independent Living) supports or SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) housing. The SIL providers, SDA providers, community housing providers and real estate agents listed on Housing Match are independent organisations — Housing Match facilitates the connection, and the actual support and housing is delivered by the provider you choose to engage with.

Can't Find Suitable Housing Listed?

If you cannot find a suitable home in the current listings on Housing Match, there are three things you can do today:

✓Use the Housing Match Finder — a guided request tool where you describe your location, support needs, NDIS funding and preferences, and Housing Match helps identify suitable options from our network of providers. Access it from the Find My Housing Match button on the homepage.
✓Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) — describe your housing requirements so providers can see your demand and contact you when a matching vacancy becomes available.
✓Sign up for vacancy alerts — on our location pages (e.g. disability housing in Newcastle, Sydney, Central Coast) to be notified when new properties are listed in your area.

These features are available to all users free of charge. New properties are added regularly as providers list vacancies on Housing Match.
