Creating Your Housing Match Account

Creating an account on Housing Match is easy and takes just a few minutes.

Step 1: Register for Housing Match

1. Go to the Housing Match website
2. Click the Register button at the top
3. Choose your role: Participant if you're looking for housing, or Family Member if you're supporting someone

Step 2: Enter Your Email and Password

1. Enter a valid email address (this is how you'll log in)
2. Create a strong password (at least 8 characters with a mix of letters and numbers)
3. Confirm your password by typing it again
4. Click Continue

Step 3: Verify Your Email

1. Check your email inbox for a message from Housing Match
2. Click the verification link in the email
3. Your email is now verified and your account is active

Step 4: Access Your Dashboard

1. Log back in with your email and password
2. You'll see your personal dashboard
3. You can now search for housing and create your profile

Getting Help

If you didn't receive the verification email:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Click "Resend verification email" on the login page
