Can I manage multiple participants from one Housing Match account?

Yes.

Housing Match allows authorised Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches to manage multiple participant profiles from a single account, making it easier to support several people without needing separate logins.

What can I do?

Once you've created your professional account, you can:

Manage multiple participant profiles Search for suitable housing for each participant Compare compatible properties Submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) Track applications and provider responses View participant activity from one dashboard How it works Step 1 – Create your professional account

Register as a Support Coordinator or Recovery Coach and verify your account.

Step 2 – Add participants

Add the participants you support to your dashboard, ensuring you have their permission to act on their behalf.

Step 3 – Search for housing

Search available:

SIL homes SDA properties Community housing Standard rental properties

Use Housing Match filters and Compatibility Assessments to identify suitable options for each participant.

Step 4 – Submit an Expression of Interest

When a participant wishes to pursue a property, you can submit an Expression of Interest on their behalf.

Step 5 – Track progress

Monitor applications, provider responses and housing opportunities from your dashboard.

Participant consent

Before managing a participant's profile, uploading documents or submitting an Expression of Interest, you should have the participant's consent (or the consent of their authorised representative where appropriate).

Good to know

Housing Match helps connect participants with housing opportunities and supports collaboration between participants, providers and support professionals.

Final housing decisions are made by the housing provider, community housing organisation or property manager—not by Housing Match.
